The models come from Anthropic · OpenAI. Everything connects to what you already run. Your own data sits in PostgreSQL · Supabase and stays searchable without a model having to memorise it.

Before any of that we settle which data leaves the house at all. Some of it is better off staying in your own system. We agree on that before the first line runs.

The usual case is a stack of documents that someone enters by hand every day. Or enquiries that keep arriving in much the same shape. Or an old archive nobody can search any more.
